Shri Veetrag Vigyan Vidyapeeth Pareeksha Board was established in Year 1968 to promote the moral awareness in children & youth. We feel happy to state that this Vidyapeeth is succeeding in getting it’s objects from the very first year of establishment.
This started functioning in Year 1968 only with 11 centers & 571 students. Today after the efforts of 37 years centers are reaching to a number of 305 & students up to 18000.
Today, this board organizes the examinations in three languages-Hindi, Marathi & Gujarati. Up to year 2006-07, 589499 students appeared in various exams of 24 subjects and 419630 passed students were awarded certificates by the board.
There is an important role of teaching and training camps organized in summer vacations and teachers trained in these camps, in the success as stated above. The society has appreciated well the method of teaching used by these trained teachers.
Bharat Varsheeya Veetrag Vigyan Pathshala Samiti has played a significant role in increasing the number of schools & students by providing funds. These schools (Veetrag Vigyan Pathshala) run by the trained teachers have played an unforgettable role in upgrading the standard of education.
For students of standard 3 to 10th class, Board has designed a syllabus of 8 books Balbodh Pathmala part 1,2,3, Veetrag Vigyan Pathmala part 1,2,3 and Tattva Gyan pathmala part 1 & 2. Jain Balpothi part 1 & 2 is also available for even smaller child.
In Visharad Course important topics of following texts have been included –
Samay Sar, Gommat Sar-Karm Kand & Gommat Sar-Jeev Kand, Samay Sar Natak, Moksh Shastra, Dravya Samgrah, Ratn-karand Shravakachar, Pareeksha Mukh, Chhah dhala, Moksh-marg Prakashak, and many more. In addition, exams of full books of Dravya Samgrah, Purusharth Siddhyupaay, Jain Siddhant Praveshika, Moksh Shastra, Ratn-karand Shravakachar, Chhah dhala, Moksh-marg Prakashak are also included. This way Board conducts examination of 24 subjects.
(1) Name – this pareeksha board will be called – Shri Veetrag Vigyan Vidyapeeth Pareeksha Board
(2) Place – Head office of this board will exist at Pandit Todarmal Smarak Bhawan, A-4 Bapu Nagar , Jaipur.
(3) Management – This board will be managed by a working committee. Joint Secretary of Pandit Todarmal Smarak Trust (P. T. S.T.) will work as registrar of the board.
(4) Under working committee, following 3 committees will work
(a)Management Committee
(b)Question Paper Committee
(c)Bharat Varsheey Veetrag Vigyan Path Shala Vyavastha Samiti
(5) Changes in rules regarding syllabus may be done by management committee after the approval of working committee.
OBJECTS
It’s main object is to popularize & expend religious education according to Veetrag Vigyan. To achieve the above object, board accepts the following activities
(a) To award certificates & to make proper arrangements to conduct exams according to the syllabus-decided by the management committee.
(b) To organize the training camps to make available trained teachers and to develop interest in students and persons.
(c) To design syllabus, to approve books accordingly and to make arrangements for their publication & advertisement.
(d) To fulfill the above objects, arrangements will be made to open Path-shalas (schools) and their monitoring/ supervision.
(1) Admission form filled in Hindi and signed by headmaster of school or principal of college or superintendent of boarding house must be sent to Board’s office.

(2) Last date of submitting admission forms is Nov. 1st for exams in winter and 1st May for summer exams. Up to one month from the last date, a late fee of 50 paise per student will be charged.
(3) Do not send single name again & again after sending list of students.
(4) Two copies of admission form must be prepared using simple paper with printed form and carbon paper, filled clearly. Printed copy will be sent to Board keeping carbon copy at centre. Incomplete forms will not be accepted. Single copy of admission forms will be sent .
(5) For each book and for each paper of Visharad Pareeksha separate forms are needed.
(6) In admission forms write the names of students in correct and clear words. Unclear writing may cause mistakes in future and even in certificates. Fees
For oral exam, fee is Rs 1/- per student per subject/ part /book, for Praveshika Pareeksha it is Rs. 2/- per part/ book, for Visharad and book level exam it is Rs. 2/- per part / book. This fees may be send to Jaipur office in cash or by bank draft or money order. Draft must be made in the name of Bharatvarsheey Veetrag Vigyan Path-shala Samiti. Pass Level
Students securing 33% marks minimum will declared passed. For marks from 33 to 44% – 3rd division, from 45 to 59% – 2nd division and for marks from 60% and above 1st division will be awarded. Distinction will be awarded for 75% or more. Certificate
(1) Certificates are dispatched to centre superintendents, so students may contact to them for this purpose. Do not write to secretary or Board.
(2) After completion of Visharad course , a degree of Visharad is awarded. For each part of Visharad passed, a certificate is awarded.
(3) On missing of certificate, if certified by the secretary or superintendent, 2nd copy may be obtained by depositing Rs. 1/- and postage charges.
(4) Certificates are dispatched after board`s convocation every year, which is organized in the month of June after Prashikshan Shivir (training camp). Prior this, it will not be possible to dispatch certificates.
(1) Centre Superintendent will be responsible in full for exams.
(2)Superintendent will ensure the start and end of exams at right time. His presence in examination hall during examination is compulsory.
(3) Superintendent will keep question papers safe with him, not with others.
(4) Generally Board permits the students to appear in exams whose names and roll numbers have been sent by Board. But students who have failed in submitting the admission forms due to some reasons, superintendent may grant permission to such students to appear in exams after depositing fee double then normal if such student deserves. On his answer book slip, at the place of roll number new student will be written and his name, cast, father`s name, age etc. will be written compulsorily. A list of new students carrying student`s name, age, father`s name, cast in clear words will be sent to Pareeksha Board..
(5) Answer books must carry stamp of centre code and name on cover, stamp will be provided by board every year. Before starting exams, informations about exams must be given to students and it must be checked that students have written their roll numbers , name of exam etc. in right way. Front page title or cover of answer books will be sent by board.
(6) Each answer book will be signed by superintendent on cover or stamp of his name. Answer book without sign or stamp will not be checked.
(7) Answer books will be arranged by centre superintendent, all must be same in quality.
(8) No corrections are allowed in question paper and no guidance about questions is permissible.
(9) After distribution of papers, no student will be allowed to return answer book or to leave exam room up to next 45 minutes.
(10) Question papers must be opened 10 minutes before start of exam in presence of invigilators who will sign on envelopes of papers. Empty envelopes will be returned to the secretary of Pareeksha Board.
(11) Absent statement will also be sent to board on prescribed form.
(12) On the roll number of absent student, other student is not allowed.
(13) If a student is found talking with other student or using unfair means, that must be discarded from examination room and must be informed to Board.
(14) At the end of exam, answer books arranged in the sequence of roll numbers, with the list of absent students subject wise must be sent to the office of Pareeksha Board, Jaipur by registered post, if not possible than by normal post. Do not send answer books by railway parcel. Superintendents are responsible if answer books does not reach to Board office , Jaipur. Answer books must be packed well in cotton bags.
(15) Mark lists of Balbodh Path-Mala part 1, 2,3 & Jain Bal-pothi part1 & 2 must be filled well, after checking the total of marks obtained, will be signed by superintendent & examiner , then these slips will be sent to Jaipur office. Name of centre & code must be written on each slip.
(16) Superintendent has the right to adopt any procedure thought fit to conduct exams in addition to above rules.
(17) Result of oral exams will not be sent by Board. After one week of exam and dispatch of slips, result may be declared. A copy of result must be kept always. Marks of oral exams will be entered in admission forms and then , sent these forms with mark slips to Board.
(18) Result of written exam will be declared after two months, no correspondence is needed in this regard.
Centres
(1) Organizations, willing to start a centre must contact to office of exams one month prior to last date of filling admission farms.
(2) Centers having facility of post office and a minimum of 10 students enrolled will be permitted only.
(3) As possible, centers name and address must be same and small, every year.
(4) Head Master or secretary of the organization will be the centre superintendent.
